愛知県長久手市にあるトヨタ博物館に行ってきました。
- I have just been to The Toyota Automobile Museum in Nagakute city, Aichi prefecture.
トヨタ博物館は、トヨタ自動車創立50周年を記念し1989年に創立されました。本館、新館と合わせて世界の車約140台を中心に、自動車誕生以来の歴史が展示されています。
- The Toyota Automobile Museum was opened in 1989 in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Toyota Motor Corporation.The main exhibits are about 140 vehicles from around the world, and the history from the birth of automobiles.
本館と新館があります。本館は3階建てで2階は1950年代まで、3階は1950年代以降の車が展示されています。
新館の1階にはショップもあってミニカーを売ってました。
- There are main building and the Annex. Main building has three stories. On the second floor you can see cars up to the 1950s, the third floor from the 1950s to the present.
- On the first floor of the Annex you can buy minicars at the shop.
このサイトのコンセプトから言ってBMWから紹介しないわけにはいかないです。トヨタさんには悪いですが。

全ての車両のエンジンの下には、金属製のオイルパンが置いてありました。漏れることもあるんでしょうね。動態保存されてるんでしょうか？

BMW以外でメチャかっこいいと思った車。

ドラージュ Delage type D8-120 1939年です。
5.25mの全長で2人乗り。実際に見ると美しいです。フロントホイールはステアするんでしょうか。回転半径は半端なく大きそうです。当時メタリック塗装があったとは思えないですが、私の好きな色です。
これ以外にも、メルセデスベンツ Mercedes-Benz 300SL coupe, シボレーコルベット Chevrolet Corvette,1953年式、Jagure TypeEなど超かっこいい車が展示されてます。

もちろん、トヨタ2000GT、2000GTの映画用のコンバーチブル仕様、レクサスLFAもありました。
トヨタ車の歴史はもちろんのこと、世界の名車が見れますよ。

駐車場の様子です。団体さんのバスも沢山来ていました。
