普段は前だけか後ろだけジャッキアップすることが多いんですが、今日は4輪ともジャッキアップしました。
私のE46カブリオレMスポーツは車高が低いので、前か後ろのどちらを先にあげても、後から上げる方にフロアジャッキが入らなくなります。
なもんで、4輪とも木片に乗り上げてから作業します。
- I usually lift up my car only on the front side or the rear. Today I jack up on all four jack stands.
- My E46 convertible M-sport is too low to place a floor jack under the later lifting side if you jack up either front side or rear beforehand.
- So I ride on a piece of wood on four wheels.
私は先に前を上げてから後ろを上げました。いっぺんに高くするのは怖かったので、まず一番低い位置でジャッキスタンドに載せました。
後ろのジャッキはデファレンシャルの前にあるメンバーにかけました。
- I lifted up the front first then the rear. I was scared to lift up to the top at once, so I jacked up the front on jack stands at the lowest position.
- I applied the jack to the rear axle carrier next to the differential.
けっこう奥まったところにありますね。後ろを前よりも高くまでジャッキアップしてスタンドをかけました。
- This is located pretty far from the rear end. I lifted up the rear higher than the front on jack stands.
もう一度前を後ろの高さまで上げておしまい。多分、こんな面倒なことしなくても最初から上まで上げても大丈夫なんでしょうけど、なんとなく不安なので2段階でやります。
- Again I lifted up front side as same height as rear side. Probably you don't have to do such a bothersome procedure. I do it in two step because I feel somehow uneasy.
水平が必要なATF交換には必須ですね。

いっぺんに上げたり下ろしたりせずに、何回かに分けたほうが無難です。床がデコボコでジャッキが移動しにくい場合は特に。車が前後に移動するのでおちそうになります。
